The Blue Ribbon Panel consists of business executives from leading organizations that recognize the changing nature of work, the workplace, and the worker. The BRP develops and refines "Recommended Practices for Telework Excellence" and operates as a committee of the International Telework Association and Council. The chair of this committee is Dr. Nancy L. deLay of Eli Lilly and Company.
These practices will serve as guidelines for development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive telework program and is intended to become the standard for all telework programs.
