The feedback page allows you to send feedback and problems to the service provider.

Sending Feedback

To send feedback and report problems to the service provider:

  1. If you are currently logged in, click the Feedback symbol on the icon bar. Otherwise, click the Feedback entry on the Menu bar.

  2. Select the feedback type by clicking the appropriate option button.

  3. In the Subject field, type a brief description of the feedback.

  4. In the Description field, type in your detailed feedback. Note that it is important to mention the URL address of the page where the problem occurred.

  5. In the contact information area, enter your contact information.

  6. To send your feedback, click Send feedback. To clear the fields in the feedback form, click Clear form.
