Jennifer Verive of White Rabbit Virtual and Michelle Heelan of Telecommuting Advantage Group will look at data from the private and public sectors, and Maria Litman of the National Wildlife Federation will provide a case study in this session aimed at stimulating discussion on the interaction between telework and organizational design.

Keynote Presentation: "Microsoft's Workplace Advantage Program: Bold Plans for the Workplace and Space Utilization" - Anyone who is at all familiar with Microsoft Corp. knows about its Redmond, Washington corporate campus. The company has grown by leaps and bounds in both size and complexity in the last two decades, and with that its facilities have expanded and expanded, and expanded. Last year the companies decided to call a "time out" and take a very disciplined, broad look at its workplace for Redmond as well as the rest of the world. Melissa Morgan, Program Manager Workplace Advantage, Microsoft Corporation has been directing this massive undertaking - a comprehensive program that will include everything from overall site planning and branding, to decisions about the best ways to deploy telework, hoteling and new global guidelines. It's rare that we have an opportunity to get the inside look at a project of this scope, and you won't want to miss her informative and
provocative presentation.
