(ITAC) uses a subscription form for individuals to subscribe
to the ITAC Telework News newsletter. In addition to
sending you the newsletter, we may periodically send
you email with other news and updates about ITAC activities.
Choice / OPT-IN
You choose to receive ITAC information by opting-in.
We use your email address to confirm your subscription
and the validity of the provided email address. Your
reply to this email is necessary for completing your
subscription to the email list.

We use your IP address to gather broad demographic information
such as browser type, access times, operating system,
country of origin, page views, and users sessions to
help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer
our Web Site.

the members-only section. The members-only segment of
the Web Site requires login and uses session ID cookies

Change the email address that you have subscribed with
by first unsubscribing with your current email address.
Then, resubscribe with your new email address. All email
list welcome messages contain the information necessary
for subscription and removal from their appropriate
list.

We provide unsubscribe/opt-out opportunities for all
email sent to the email list that you choose to receive.
All email list welcome messages contain the information
necessary for removal from the list. Removals are instant
and automated by our servers.
Notification of Changes
ITAC will occasionally update our Privacy Policy based
on our employees' and users' feedback and changes in
prevailing law. If there are any material changes to
how we use your personal information, we will notify
you via email and provide you with the opportunity to
opt-out prior to implementing the change. ITAC encourages
