Most companies do not have telecommuting or telework positions. Rather they have jobs that qualify for telework and if the person has the right skills and professionalism, will allow them to work at home full or part time.

Technology companies, such as AT&T, Cisco Systems, IBM, and Sun Microsystems allow many of their employees to telework.

In addition, customer service and telemarketing are two types of jobs/industries where more and more companies are allowing their employees the flexibility of working from the comfort of their homes.
