Viewing all events

This page displays all the community events.

• Click an event name to view more detailed information and to register as a participant.

• If you have registered as a participant, click Registered to view your registration information.

• Select an Event Type to view only those events that interest you.

• Select a Group to view only events organized by a particular Special Interest Group or Committee.

• Use the View commands to select different display formats for viewing the event calendar.

• Click on months and days to switch quickly to another view.

• To view events that have already been held click Past Events.

• To be informed when new events are created enable new event Notifications by clicking on the    (notification on) button.

• To disable new event Notifications click on the    (notification off) button.

Registering for an event or modifying a registration

This page displays your user information and the registration information.

To register as a participant

1. Check that your user information is correct

2. Fill in and select the required information.

3. Click Register.

To register another community member as a participant

!Note: You need to be the organizer of an event or have administrative rights to register another person.

Viewing registration information

This page displays user information and registration information.

To view the other event participants

• Click Show Attendees.

To modify a registration

• Click Modify Registration Info.

To cancel a registration

• Click Cancel Registration.

Viewing event information

This page gives you information about when an event is held, who is the guest speaker, if any, and so forth. It may also have a link to additional information about the event.

To enable/disable Notifications for this event click the appropriate  (notification on, notification off) button.

As a normal user, setting such a notification will keep you informed of when the event (and any sub-events) are updated, as well as letting you know of changes to any registrations you may have to those events.

To register for an event

• Click Registration form.

To view the other participants

• Click Show Attendees.

This page gives you information about when a sub-event is held, who is the guest speaker, if any, and so forth. It may also have a link to additional information about the event.

On viewing an event in the calendar if the event has a related sub-event Click the sub-event name beside Associated event:.

To register for a sub-event

• Click Registration form.

To view the other participants

• Click Show Attendees.

Viewing attendee information

On this page you can view participants' registration information.

To view registration information

1. Click Short Attendee List to only view the names of the attendees.

2. Click Long Attendee List to view the names and address information of the attendees.
