Luncheon Session: Provocative Prognostications Promoting Participation: Does Telework Have a Future?
Two seasoned telework professionals will set the stage for attendees’ discussion about People, Facilities and Technology trends over the next two to ten years and how they will affect the way people and organizations work. More and more people are working virtually, but do their employers and the workers themselves view it as telework? Is it telework by any other name? Does it make any difference what working from anywhere is called? Is the level of informality in working from anywhere the trend so that formal guidelines and policies are not needed? How is efficient use of office space decided and the application of technology determined? These and other attendee questions will be debated and answered.
