| Leading
international telework authorities and ITAC leaders developed
a multi-chapter online workshop series composed of the essentials
required to develop and implement a telework program. While
this series was developed in 1999, many of the ideas and advise
are still useful today and accordingly available to you for
free.
In addition to the workshop material provided below, another
useful resource on developing a telework program is ITAC's
e-Work Guide: How to Make Telework Work for Your Organization.
The Guide is a 100-page
report published in 2000 on recommended practices, compiled
by telework experts who served on a Blue Ribbon Panel formed
by ITAC.
